1. Introduction
Welcome to Pynk Shadez (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting services, purchasing a service, or entering into an agreement with us, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Pynk Shadez provides Business Setup & Digital Support Services for small business owners. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Business setup support
- Website builds and website updates
- Google Business Profile setup
- Business email setup
- Digital contract setup
- DocuSign setup
- QuickBooks setup and monthly maintenance
- Mailchimp setup
- Invoice template setup
- Business packages
- Monthly digital support plans
- Digital products, workbooks, guides, templates, and downloadable resources
Any service not specifically listed on our website, invoice, proposal, or service agreement is considered outside scope unless agreed to in writing.
3. Service Requests & Fit
- New service requests begin by reviewing the Services & Pricing page and submitting the required request form.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of your project, package, or monthly service.
- We reserve the right to decline requests that are outside scope, not a fit, or not aligned with current availability.
- Final scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed after review of your request.
- Work does not begin until payment terms, required access, and service details are confirmed.
4. Payments & Billing
- All service fees are due as stated on your invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
- Project-based services and packages may require payment in full or according to agreed invoice terms before work begins.
- Monthly digital support plans are billed in advance for each monthly cycle.
- Late payments may incur a fee if more than 10 days past due.
- Work may be paused if invoices are not paid within the agreed timeframe.
- Payments made for work that has already begun are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Scheduling & Timelines
- Services are provided Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays or dates we designate as closed.
- Project timelines depend on timely client communication, approvals, content submission, and access to required platforms.
- Delays in providing requested information, access, approvals, or materials may delay the project timeline.
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any scheduled calls or time-specific work where applicable.
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on scope, client readiness, platform issues, or third-party delays.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and respond promptly to support timely completion of your request.
- Provide all required content, logins, files, approvals, and access details before the scheduled start date.
- Ensure that all shared files, images, content, logins, and credentials are authorized and legally permissible for use.
- Maintain copies and backups of all important files, website content, platform information, and business records.
- Review completed work and notify us of requested corrections within the agreed review window.
- For website projects, clients are responsible for selecting their platform, purchasing their domain, arranging hosting or account setup where applicable, and providing working login credentials before the project begins.
7. Third-Party Services & Expenses
Some services require third-party platforms, subscriptions, or software. These costs are separate from Pynk Shadez service fees and are the responsibility of the client.

- Website platform fees
- QuickBooks subscription
- Mailchimp subscription
- DocuSign subscription
- Payment processing or payment system fees
- Other third-party software or business tools
Pynk Shadez is not responsible for price changes, service interruptions, account issues, billing disputes, or technical problems caused by third-party providers.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it without consent, except where required by law. Clients are encouraged to use secure methods when sharing sensitive credentials, financial information, or business records.
9. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain ownership of materials they provide.
- Clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their business once paid in full.
- Pynk Shadez retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, processes, and workflows used to complete projects.
- We may showcase non-confidential work samples unless otherwise requested in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pynk Shadez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any notice periods outlined in your service agreement. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to termination. Confidentiality and intellectual property provisions survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Service-Specific Terms
14.1 Business Setup Services
- Business setup services are designed to help organize and establish selected digital tools, documents, and business-facing systems.
- Services may include business consultation, service package development, business email setup, Google Business Profile setup, digital contract setup, DocuSign setup, Mailchimp setup, QuickBooks setup, or invoice template setup.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, platform access, logos, branding materials, service information, and required content.
- Business setup services do not include legal, tax, accounting, financial, or business licensing advice.
14.2 Website Services
- Website services may include website builds, website updates, contact form setup, page edits, content updates, and light website cleanup.
- Typical website builds may include up to 4–5 pages, mobile-friendly design, branding alignment, and contact form setup.
- Clients are responsible for selecting their platform, purchasing their domain, arranging hosting or account setup if applicable, and providing all required working login credentials before the project start date.
- Light guidance may be provided, but platform selection, domain purchase, hosting purchase, and initial account setup are not included unless agreed to in writing.
- Major redesigns, additional pages, advanced integrations, troubleshooting, or technical issues may require a separate quote.
- Website service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
14.3 Business Packages
- Business packages combine selected services into a bundled project.
- Package deliverables are limited to the services listed in the package description, invoice, or written agreement.
- Package pricing may vary if additional services, revisions, pages, platforms, integrations, or custom requests are added.
- Business Transformation Package is intended to combine business foundation and digital presence support, with additional setup support as agreed.
- Package fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
14.4 Monthly Digital Support
- Monthly Digital Support plans are recurring services billed in advance for each monthly cycle.
- Monthly support may include website updates, business system support, digital forms or document updates, QuickBooks monthly maintenance, planning sessions, or priority support depending on the selected plan.
- Monthly support plans include only the services listed in the selected plan or written agreement.
- Unused monthly time, requests, updates, or support cycles do not roll over unless agreed to in writing.
- Large projects, major redesigns, advanced setup work, or requests outside the monthly plan scope may require a separate quote.
- Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the monthly cycle begins.
14.5 Digital Essentials
- Digital Essentials is a monthly support plan intended for light website maintenance.
- It may include one website update request, minor website content updates, and basic website maintenance within the agreed monthly scope.
- Larger changes, additional requests, or redesign work may require a separate quote.
14.6 Digital Growth
- Digital Growth is a monthly support plan intended for ongoing website and digital business support.
- It may include website updates, business system support, digital forms and document updates, and a quarterly strategy review within the agreed monthly scope.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
14.7 Business Partner
- Business Partner is a monthly support plan intended for established businesses that need ongoing digital business support.
- It may include website updates, QuickBooks monthly maintenance, business systems support, digital forms and workflow improvements, monthly planning, and priority support within the agreed scope.
- This service is not a full-time employee arrangement and does not include unlimited support, personal assistant services, staffing, phone coverage, or client outreach unless agreed to separately in writing.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
14.8 QuickBooks Support
- QuickBooks setup and monthly maintenance are digital support services designed to help keep your QuickBooks account organized and easier to review.
- Monthly maintenance may include posting and matching transactions, categorization of income and expenses, cleanup of uncategorized items, and generation of a monthly Profit & Loss report.
- This service is for QuickBooks setup and upkeep only and does not include account reconciliation, tax preparation, financial advising, payroll, or accounting services.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing reports and consulting a licensed accountant or tax professional for financial decisions.
- Cleanup of significantly behind accounts, prior-period corrections, or requests outside the standard scope may require a separate quote before work begins.
14.9 Digital Products & Downloadable Resources
- Digital products may include workbooks, guides, templates, checklists, PDFs, or other downloadable resources.
- Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase through the checkout platform used at the time of purchase.
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Digital products are for the purchaser's personal or business use only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded, or reproduced without written permission from Pynk Shadez.
- Digital products are educational and informational resources only. They do not provide accounting, tax, bookkeeping certification, financial, legal, or professional advice.
- Pynk Shadez is not responsible for technical issues, account access issues, payment processing delays, or download issues caused by third-party platforms such as Payhip, PayPal, or other service providers.
