How do I get started?

Will I automatically be booked after I submit the form?
No. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm your booking. Your request is reviewed first, and you’ll receive next steps, pricing confirmation, and availability before work begins.
What services does Pynk Shadez offer?

What’s the difference between Website Updates and Monthly Website Refresh?
Website Updates (On-Demand) are best if you only need occasional edits and want to pay per request.

Monthly Website Refresh is best if you want your website updated consistently each month without having to come back and request support every time.
What services are recurring monthly?
The recurring monthly services are:

  • QuickBooks Monthly Maintenance
These are designed for business owners who want ongoing upkeep without letting tasks pile up.
How does Website Build work?
Website Build is a project-based service for businesses that need a clean, mobile-friendly website. Most builds include up to 4–5 pages, branding alignment, and contact form setup. Final scope and timing are confirmed after your request is reviewed.
What is required before booking a website build?
Before a website build begins, clients must have the following ready:
  • Platform selected
  • Domain purchased
  • Hosting or account access already in place, if applicable
  • Login credentials available
  • Content, images, and basic business details prepared or ready to submit
Platform selection, domain purchase, hosting, and setup are not included unless agreed to separately in writing.
Do you choose the website platform or purchase the domain for me?
No. Clients are responsible for selecting their platform, purchasing their domain, and setting up hosting or accounts before the project begins. Guidance may be provided, but those setup steps are not included in the service.
How does Website Updates (On-Demand) work?
Website Updates are one-time requests for businesses that need occasional edits. These may include text changes, image swaps, link fixes, button updates, or light section edits. Larger changes may require a separate quote.
What is included in Monthly Website Refresh?
Monthly Website Refresh is designed for consistent website upkeep. It generally includes one update cycle per month for minor content changes, light layout adjustments, or basic site cleanup, depending on the agreed scope. Larger changes are quoted separately.
How does QuickBooks Monthly Maintenance work?
QuickBooks Monthly Maintenance is ongoing upkeep for business owners who want their QuickBooks kept current each month. It may include:
  • Posting and matching transactions
  • Cleanup of uncategorized items
  • Monthly Profit & Loss report
  • A simple summary of what occurred during the month
Does QuickBooks Monthly Maintenance include reconciliation?
No. This service is for monthly QuickBooks upkeep only. It does not include account reconciliation, tax preparation, or accounting services.
What if my QuickBooks is very behind?
If your books are significantly behind or need cleanup beyond standard monthly upkeep, that may require a separate quote before monthly maintenance begins.
How fast is the turnaround?
Turnaround depends on the type of service and the scope of your request.
  • Website Build: Most projects are completed in 7–14 business days
  • Website Updates: Timing depends on the size of the request and current availability
  • Monthly Website Refresh: Completed within your monthly update cycle
  • QuickBooks Monthly Maintenance: Completed within your monthly maintenance cycle
How do we communicate?
Communication and next steps are provided based on the contact details submitted in your request form. Additional communication methods, file sharing, and workflow details are confirmed once your service is accepted.
Can I request something outside of the listed services?
Possibly. If your request is closely related to the services offered, you can still submit an inquiry. If it falls outside scope, you’ll be notified before anything moves forward.
