Welcome to Pynk Shadez (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a personal assistant and virtual support service. By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We provide personal assistant, administrative, travel coordination, and related support services as described on our website or in your service agreement. Service scope, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in your individual contract or invoice.
3. Payments & Billing
- All fees are due as stated on your invoice.
- Subscriptions and retainers are billed in advance.
- Late payments may incur a fee after 10 days past due.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
- For hourly or scheduled tasks, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Prepaid hours or packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the same month if availability allows.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely responses to enable us to complete tasks.
- Ensure that any shared files, logins, or data are authorized for use.
6. Confidentiality
We will treat all client information as confidential and will not share it without your consent unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all your materials and deliverables we create for you.
- We may display non-confidential work samples (e.g., generic templates) in portfolios or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid before termination becomes effective.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
